CommiITt's work culture guided by its values, principles will clearly have impact on employees, consultants, clients and vendors. While our values & principles are the foundation, our safety culture is ultimately expressed through what is said and done.  Following are the key factors of our culture: 

People First: IT need great people to do great business. Our people are the source of our unique expertise and the driving forces of our success. The care of our people and culture is our highest priority. We nurture and learn from every team member. We do this to create a great workplace and breakthrough results for our clients.

Safety: is integral part of our day-to-day work. We do not treat it as something to be discussed during safety meetings only.  Safety is the part of every conversation and considered in every decision. We maintain strong and positive safety culture with Clear communication, Leading by Example, Positive Reporting Process.

Comfortless: Our employees at all levels are equally comfortable stopping each other when at-risk behavior is observed and recognizing each other when safe behavior is observed. We make sure positive reinforcement for building safe habits. 

no-blame: we recognize that operating problems are often complex and usually are not the fault of only one person.No one is blamed for near misses or incidents. Instead, we investigate the incident to know the root cause and also revisit our models if required. We make sure to uncover behaviors at risk that lead to incidents,and establish accountability for making the changes to the systems and practices to encourage safe behavior.

Trusted management: our workforce is characterized by good relationships at all levels. Trust is an essential component for an effective safety culture. Employees who have good working relationships with management are more likely to speak openly and honestly about what is working, what is not and what still needs to change. We have built that trust in our workplace and we make sure that our employees are also more engaged in other aspects of safety.

Celebrate success: @ CommiITt, we cheer and celebrate everyone's accomplishments. When our employees and  consultants are disconeccted from each other, working remotely, or in isolated client teams, we provide the opportunities to connect face-face whenever possible: coffee, lunch, happy hour, etc.
