POSITION TITLE: Business (Data) Analyst

JOB DUTIES:   Develop Perform Business data and analysis including data visualization , end to end validation and data transformation for various client projects. Apply data analytics , data oriented software applications, data models, database tools, and other tools to achieve various business objectives. Analyze User requirement documents, Business requirement documents and convert them to Technical requirement specifications and Functional requirement specifications (FRS). Design and develop customized software applications and write SQL scripts to generate reports. Manage multiple IT projects, employ SDLC for the purpose of monitoring projects and also followed step by step procedure. Implement Change management techniques for successfully monitoring and fine-tuning the project changes to obtain the desired production results and to meet client deadlines. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with plan provisions and statutory and federal regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field (master's degree a plus). Experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting (3-5 years preferred). Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for data visualization and reporting. SQL skills and experience with other programming languages associated with data analytics, including Python and R. Attention to detail and Analytical skills
